OverKote Loop Filler is a mixture of sand, latex, fillers and asphaltic emulsion. This cold pourable product is designed to seal saw cut cracks resulting from inductive loop installations. Loop filler prevents water intrusion through saw cut lines in the pavement thereby increasing pavement life.
